The American hotel chain, Wyndham, is one of the most famous and widespread hotels in the 
world, with 9,280 hotels in 83 countries around the world, with 20 different brands.
One of these brands is Days Inn, which is located in the center of New Istanbul in the most lively 
area of Esenyurt, meters away from the Government Services Center, Esenyurt University, and 
the Boulevard, and a few minutes away from the International Fairgrounds, shopping centers, 
main roads, and transportation lines.
Days Inn is a 4-Star hotel, contains 15-story with 121 hotel apartments in 1+1 and 2+1 type.
The facilities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, in addition to a Turkish bath and 
sauna rooms, a sports salon, a cafeteria, a restaurant, and also closed parking.
Days Inn gives you the opportunity to own an apartment in it, with a statutory title deed, and 
guaranteed profits for 20 years, at a fixed rate of 8% of the property's value for the first three 
years, and with a dividend distribution system for shares in the next 17 years.
The hotel will be ready for handover in March 2021 and will be run a trial, the profit will start
